Mind Heart for Diversity Consulting, LLC wants to assist you with diversity, equity, and inclusion development. We accomplish this desire in a number of ways. LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

MH4D understands that being a leader is not simple. We believe that the full integration of that diversity, equity, and inclusion principles will enhance or improve leadership. MH4D offers opportunity for leaders and managers of any professional organization to grow by learning the language and definitions of DEI, while also exploring the pivotal historic occurrences that led to DEI becoming so sought after by professional organizations. MH4D will support you in applying DEI principles to your day-to-day duties as well as help you develop accountability measures that guide your thinking and behavior. 

POLICY ANALYSIS AND DIVERSITY AUDITING

MH4D recognizes that every organization and individual governs themselves by sets of rules or a code. However, some of the rules and codes may have offensive origins and when expressed they may contribute to victimizing colleagues. MH4D supports leadership by exploring the rules and regulations that govern the daily operations of your organization. We walk you through a process of applying DEI principles as your lens while exploring your governance structure. The goal is to help you establish fairness in your organization in ways that helps everyone feel they belong. 

CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT

MH4D supports organizations that want to grow through diversity, equity and inclusion principles. Whether you are seeking a course to be designed or a program to be constructed, MH4D will can provide services that will teach you or your team how to design inclusive curricula programming. MH4D can design curricula that will enhance your work space and diversify your workplace culture. 

PROFESSIONAL SUPPORT

MH4D consulting provides educational opportunities for individuals, teams, and boards. We believe there is power in numbers, and that people need help synthesizing new information that challenges culture. Therefore, MH4D aligns with your leadership and your goals by centering them in DEI principles and helping your follow through and decision making to be demonstrative of cultural awareness. We engage in one on one meetings, board retreats, and cultural enrichment workshops in a fashion that works for your schedule and work environment. 

DEI MENTORING

MH4D’s philosophy stems from reciprocity. We believe that you should treat people as you want to be treated, but do not hold people to your personal standards. We are each an individual, so we have different limitations and ideas. When it comes time to implement or impart the learned principles, leaders may feel inadequate to show up when their engagement is most needed. MH4D provides DEI mentoring for leaders that includes teaching you the how to’s as it relates to building trust, pushing culture, enhancing DEI in the workplace, and moving past your bias.
